Peter Grogg, Ph.D., h.c. is a Member of the Board of Directors. He is also Chairman of the Bachem Group, Bachem Holding AG, in Bubendorf, Switzerland. Until April 30, 2002, Dr. Grogg was the CEO of the Bachem Group. He is also Member of the Board of Directors at Dottikon ES Holding AG and Sunstar Holding AG. In addition he was a management board member of the Swiss Association for Chemical Industry and of the Basel Chamber of Commerce.
