Preventing incidents or minimizing their consequences, together with preventing any health impact are the main objectives of Polyphor's HSE function. To achieve these objectives, HSE assesses risk factors, identifies and implements the required safety measures, and ensures strict adherence to safe work processes and procedures. Polyphor recognizes this to be a prerequisite for ensuring business continuity and to be a vital concern of company management as well as of all employees. Our HSE safety organization is based on shared duties and obligations to employees, to line managers and safety specialists. Safety procedures are defined in a comprehensive document “Safety regulations”.
